I understand things happen, but if you are unable to make it to your appointment please notify me within 24 hours. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment, results in a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will be charged 100%. Everyone is given a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes you will be charged a $20 late fee and you may not be blow dried/styled. If you are running late, please notify me so I am aware of your estimated arrival. Anyone more than 30 minutes late will be cancelled and charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the case I’m running later than expected on a client, I will reach out to let you know ahead of time :)
